Make yourself comfortable in our fully renovated home with a queen-size feather bed, high thread count sheets, and a down comforter to keep you cozy at night and a warm stone floor in your private bathroom to make your feet happy. We provide soft, fluffy towels, high-end toiletries, and some free snacks and water in your room just for fun. :) We also have an espresso/coffee/tea machine in the kitchen to which you have free access to get your caffeine fix. The living room has a 42" plasma with TiVo, DVD, and Apple TV, a stereo with iPhone 5 connection and there's free WiFi throughout the house.

Our home has warm and inviting touches to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and is yours to share with us during your stay.

Your private bathroom is across the hall from your bedroom and has a warm stone floor and shower over the tub. The living room is available for you to watch tv or hang out. We have wifi coverage throughout the house. Please note there isn't a tv in the guest bedroom, but you're welcome to watch tv in the living room.

We are happy to share tips on great local spots for food, drinks, and activities. We will respect your privacy and quiet if you prefer that too.

It's best to have a car as we are not located within easy walking distance to public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and very close to everything you want to do in and around the Monterey peninsula. We are 2 minutes by car from Monterey airport, 5 minutes or less to downtown or the beach, less than 10 minutes from downtown Carmel and 5 minutes from the gate to Pebble Beach.

We have a large, friendly, and sweet non-shedding dog (10 year old Bouvier des Flandres). Although we have a dog, he doesn't always get along with other dogs, so you'd need to leave your furry pals at home.

We don't have a lot of rules. But, please don't smoke in our home. If you need to smoke, you can smoke outside on our veranda. Also as much as we love pets we have our own and that means yours can't come over.

Our backyard has not yet been landscaped...that's the next project on our list and we hope to complete that sometime in 2014.
